The barn was built in 1895 and sits on a 240 acre farm. Brian Kai purchased the farm and raised six children on the place. He always had a dream of restoring the barn and in 2014 the opportunity came to life when his son and wife-to-be asked to hold their wedding reception in the family barn. After some major renovations, The Kai Family Barn venue and event space was born.
